The customer has 15 working days to request assistance/return/replacement of the product within which we guarantee coverage (subject to authorization of the return/exchange).

All return/exchange requests sent after the above deadlines will be rejected and denied.

In any case, send a request to our assistance service via the channels indicated by entering:
- name
- surname
- order reference
our assistance service will manage the request which will be evaluated and responded to as quickly as possible.

All return shipments sent without authorization will be returned to the sender with shipping costs charged.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, specifically:
- If you paid by card the refund will be made to the same card as the payment;
- If you purchased on delivery (it will not be possible to make a financial refund) but you will be given a discount voucher of the same value as the order.

The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:

• The Customer is required to return the goods after the authorization of the service assistance in 7 working days and communicate the tracking of the shipment;
• The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer, who will also be responsible for any problems in the shipment route, we advise customers to send photos of the 'packaging chat to the assistance service about how it will be shipped. 

 

The costs of returning the product will be borne by the consumer who can use the shipping method he deems most appropriate, he can request collection directly from his home with a Fleuurs courier at a cost of €9


• The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
• It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, attached software, etc.);
• The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.);
• The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
• In case of damage to the goods during transport, fleuurs.com will inform the Customer of the incident, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured). in the event indicated above, 20% will be deducted from the requested refund.
• flowers.com is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
• Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

 

PLEASE NOTE

Items being returned/exchanged must be sent in the original packaging using thick, durable cardboard packaging (not an envelope).

Any non-compliance will result in a 20% restocking fee. 

Upon receiving the return, the seller will check the returned items to ensure their integrity and may, at its discretion, only determine whether the products being returned are in original condition. 

The seller cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, incorrect address or late delivery of the items being returned. 

 

The costs of returning the product will be borne by the consumer who can use the shipping method he deems most appropriate.
